You can make an online payment on the website or make a direct transfer of funds to the account, the details of which will be communicated to you.
How will RealtyCheck carry out Home improvements needs/repairs before, during or after the tenant’s stay?
We have a network of professional service providers for all kinds of property improvements needs/repairs. We will arrange for an inspection of the repairs required and share the possible quotations with the owner. Once the owner approves, we will complete the repair task.
My tenant is vacating the house, but I cannot visit the house to cross-check before he leaves. I just want to make sure there is no damage albeit the wear and tear. Can you help me?
Yes, we can. RealtyCheck will visit the property and do a complete inventory check before and after the tenant occupies/vacates the property and update you with the details.
